FAQs

When should we consider replacing our roof?

The best way to know if your roof needs repair or replacing is to contact Tim McCutcheon at Carmody Roofing and Sheet Metal for a free consultation. Tim or a trained staff member will view your property and gauge your needs. The age of the roof and the extent of issues you may be having will be the main factors in determining next steps.

How much will a new roof cost?

The cost of a new roof will depend on the type of roof you need, the size of the roof, the extent of any damage, timing and other factors. Carmody Roofing and Sheet Metal would be pleased to provide an estimate for your roofing needs.
